Know All About Me

Full name is Zenab A.Ali Ahmed Tareef, though mostly known as Zenab Tareef, a well-known Bahraini Anime & Manga artist .. and now, a teacher ..

Currently, I'm a student at BTC (Bahrain Teachers College) and am only a teacher candidate, I'm planning to become an English teacher as I'm really passionate about that language, I found it fascinating to speak English influentially for it is a tool to communicate with the rest of the world ..

I'd like to talk about my dream, I wanted to be a full-time manga artist for sure. I started drawing for a long time and almost gave up on everything else because of my unconditional love of drawing, I was able to meet many celebrities and some of members of the royal family.

Children are my garden's little flowers, I'd look after them until they bloom... That's how I see my students as a teacher. I consider every child as my sibling as I have lived in an environment filled with the laughter of children, I was a babysitter back in my mid-teenage years. I'm currently studying psychology so I wouldn't say I'd be worried about my students in school, for I have all the information I need.

Yes, that's it... I was the first maniac to legally draw on the walls of my school .. cute eh?

I miss the old school days, where I used to skip my classes to go do graffiti on the walls of the back buildings, countless detentions I got for that. And if I'm in class, I spend my time drawing or sleeping... hard to believe I was an honor student.

I know what you think, "She's gonna be teaching our kids?!" hehehe and to answer that, YES I AM !!!

My high school days was sure a disaster and I was a little punky .. but I did so to follow my dreams, that's what matters when being a student. We all have dreams, even old people have dreams .. and to reach for the stars, we gotta be committed and follow our heart. I followed my heart many times and it got me to places, I was able to meet the royal family and some foreign celebrities .. that's why children need to understand that, and it's not my job as a teacher to teach them that .. it's your job as a parent ..

I might not be able to hear their dreams out loud, I know that.

"Dad, I wanna be a doctor"

"Mom, I wanna be an artist"

Let your heart take you there .. that's what my parents taught me .. and now I'm gonna teach you ..
